Holds degrees in Real Estate Finance and Development as well as Business Management from UTSA.
He started his professional career in 2015 at Cencor Realty Services in the department of Property Management, with 14 Retail and Commercial buildings under his supervision in the San Antonio area.
In 2016, Armando moved to Dallas, where he directly oversaw every new restaurant construction in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for Sun Holdings, Inc.
He then moved to Saltillo, Mexico, where he developed one of the most sought-after luxury residential communities.
In 2020, Eleazar and Armando started building custom homes in San Antonio, TX., where they co-founded Rockpointe Custom Homes with the vision of excelling at providing the ultimate custom home building experience and regarding their customers’ satisfaction as their highest priority.
Holds degrees in Business Administration as well as Construction Management.
He started his professional career in home building, managing the construction of several multi-million dollar projects in Mexico since 1980.
He established Casas Perdura, one of the leading Luxury Home builders in the Mexican Bajio market, to include Queretaro, San Miguel de Allende, and Mexico City.
Besides Luxury Homes, Eleazar has developed several Luxury Apartment Buildings as well as Commercial and Retail projects.

Barbara has worked in our group for more than 20 years, having a key role in the creation and development of more than 50 different projects. She is very dedicated and carefully analysis every detail of the projects, always having in mind that blueprints developed by the team she leads will guide the rest of the company in the development of our real estate projects.

Andrea joined the Rockpointe team in 2015, starting as the Lead Graphic Designer for the Mexican division. Given her passion and experience for design and aesthetics, she has become the team’s current Lead Interior Designer.
Andrea has an eye for small details and believes in the power of interior design to improve how people work, live, and interact with spaces.
Having lived in Mexico, Ireland, and Switzerland throughout her career has given her a firm understanding of multiple cultures along with a new perspective on style, sophistication, and elegance.
Andrea demonstrates her passion and skills throughout the design process, from understanding clients to personalizing their interior space.
